Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

Non-refundable items: Opened or partially used Ayurvedic kits cannot be returned due to hygiene and health safety reasons.

Return & Replacement Process

To request a return or replacement (e.g., for damaged goods), please contact us at luckyheartayurveda@gmail.com or WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched (usually within 24 hours of placing the order). There are no cancellation fees if cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the standard return policy will apply. To cancel, please WhatsApp or email our support team immediately.
